The Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee (ASHC) has been constituted in accordance with UGC and Government of India regulations to safeguard the dignity and rights of individuals.

📝 What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?
According to UGC and POSH Act guidelines, sexual harassment includes:
- Unwelcome physical contact or advances
- Demands or requests for sexual favors
- Sexually colored remarks or jokes
- Display of pornographic content
- Verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature

If you are facing or have witnessed any form of sexual harassment:
- You may email a written complaint to skziraa@gmail.com
- Submit a written letter to the Committee President or Secretary
- Complaints will be handled confidentially and sensitively
Strict action will be taken against proven misconduct in accordance with institutional and legal policies.
