Step-by-Step Guide to Join Sant Kabir Institutes

At Sant Kabir Institutes, we follow a transparent and student-friendly admission process for all our academic, vocational, and professional courses. Whether you’re applying for degree programs, technical courses, or distance learning through IGNOU/JGNDU, the process is simple and streamlined.

✅ Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from students who have completed:

  • 10th or 12th standard from a recognized board (for most diploma and degree programs)
  • Graduation (for PG and vocational add-on courses)
  • Open Schooling or Distance Mode qualifications (with valid documents)

📌 Admission Steps

Step 1: Inquiry & Counseling

  • Visit our campus or contact our Admission Cell
  • Get guidance on available courses, eligibility, scholarships, and career prospects

Step 2: Application Form

  • Fill the Admission Form (available on campus or via [Download Link])
  • Submit with accurate personal and academic details

Step 3: Document Submission

Submit the following along with your form:

  • ✅ 10th & 12th Marksheets (or qualifying exam DMC)
  • ✅ Character Certificate from last institution
  • ✅ Aadhaar Card
  • ✅ Domicile / Residence Proof (Voter ID, Ration Card, etc.)
  • ✅ Blood Group Report (original)
  • ✅ Passport-size Photographs (12 copies)
  • ✅ Gap Certificate (if applicable)
  • ✅ Eligibility Certificate from MRSPTU (for students from other boards/universities)

Step 4: Application Review

  • Applications are evaluated on a merit basis
  • Final selection is made through counseling or interview, depending on the course

Step 5: Fee Submission

  • Once selected, students must submit the first semester fee
  • Scholarship/loan support guidance available at the Help Desk

Step 6: Confirmation of Admission

  • Students receive their Admission Confirmation Letter
  • Orientation dates and class schedules are shared via official WhatsApp groups and email
